КОМПОНЕНТНЫЙ СОСТАВ ЭФИРНОГО МАСЛА SANTOLINA CHAMAECYPARISSUS L. И SANTOLINA ROSMARINIFOLIA L. НА ЮЖНОМ БЕРЕГУ КРЫМА

Приведены данные о выходе и компонентном составе эфирного масла Santolina chamaecyparissus L. и Santolina rosmarinifolia L. из коллекции Никитского ботанического сада (Южный берег Крыма). Выход эфирного масла в надземной массе Santolina chamaecyparissus составляет 0,35% от сырой массы, S. rosmarinifolia – 0,2%, в соцветиях S. chamaecyparissus – следы (0,08%), в соцветиях S. rosmarinifolia – 0,91%, Основными компонентами эфирного масла Santolina chamaecyparissus являются α+β-сантолиненон (41,6%), терпинеол-4-ол (6,67%), борнеол (4,78%), α-терпинеол (4,39%), α-фелландрен (3,98%), а у S. rosmarinifolia — —α+β-сантолиненон (21,34%), терпинеол-4-ол (11,19%), α-фелландрен (7,57%), линалол (4,14%), борнеол (3,3%), лимонен (3,01%).

The data on the yield and component composition of essential oil Santolina chamaecyparissus L. and Santolina rosmarinifolia L. from the collection of the Nikitsky Botanical Garden (the Southern Coast of the Crimea) are given. The yield of the essential oil in the aerial mass of Santolina chamaecyparissus is 0.35% of the Wet weight, S. rosmarinifolia — 0.2%, in the inflorescences S. chamaecyparissus — traces (0.08%), in the inflorescences S. rosmarinifolia — 0.91% . The main components of Santolina chamaecyparissus essential oil are α + β-santolinenone (41.6%), terpeniol-4-ol (6.67%), borneol (4.78%), α-terpineol (4.39%), α -fellandren (3.98%), S. rosmarinifolia -α + β-santolinenone (21.34%), terpineol-4-ol (11.19%), α-fellandrene (7.57%), linalol (4.14%), borneol (3.3%), limonene (3.01%).
