В статье обсуждается вопрос декоративности олеандра при его использовании как порослевой культуры на Южном берегу Крыма. Показаны результаты восстановления крон после вынужденных омолаживающих обрезок. Выделены наиболее сильнорослые сорта, способные вступать в фазу цветения в год обрезки.

The article highlights the problem of Nerium oleander ornamentality if it`s used as a coppice culture on South Coast of the Crimea. It also presents results of crowns renewal after emergency regenerative pruning. Cultivars characterized by the most intensive growth and capacity to start blossoming in the same year after pruning were marked out as well.
