Проведен сравнительный анализ изменчивости 19 аллозимных локусов в четырех популяциях Pinus kochiana Klotzsch ex Koch Горного Крыма и трех реликтовых популяциях Pinus sylvestris L. Кременецкого холмогорья. Установлено, что средняя генетическая дистанция Нея (D_N) между популяциями этих таксонов составляет 0,011, а это дает основание рассматривать P. kochiana как географическую форму P. sylvestris.

The comparative analysis of variability of 19 allozyme loci in four populations of Pinus kochiana Klotzsch ex Koch of mountain Crimea and three relic populations of Pinus sylvestris L. of Kremenets hill has been carried out. It was determined that the evrage genetic Nei’s distance (D_N) between populations of these taxa is 0.011, that gives the reason to consider P. kochiana as geographical form of P. sylvestris.
