Дана сравнительная оценка качественного и количественного состава летучих соединений эфирного масла и водно-этанольных экстрактов сортообразцов Ocimum basilicum. В составе летучих соединений эфирного масла растения идентифицировано 33 компонента, в составе экстракта – 56. Выявлены различия в процентном соотношении основных компонентов эфирного масла и экстракта. Благодаря высоким концентрациям линалоола и метилхавикола (основных компонентов эфирного масла Ocimum basilicum) водно-этанольные экстракты базилика обыкновенного представляют интерес для использования как в лечебно-профилактических целях, так и для ароматизации продукции.

Comparative characteristics of qualitative and quantitative composition of volatile substances of the essential oils and ethanol extracts from samples of Ocimum basilicum have been given. In the essential oils composition 33 components have been identified and 46 components have been identified in the ethanol extract. Differences in the percent correlation of the main components of essential oils and ethanol extracts have been determined. It has been concluded that due to the high concentrations of linalool and methylhavicol (the main components of Ocimum basilicum essential oils) water-ethanol extracts of Ocimum basilicum have practical interest for their usage either in medical-prophylactic aims or for production aromatization.
