КОМПОНЕНТНЫЙ СОСТАВ ЭФИРНОГО МАСЛА RUTA GRAVEOLENS L. И RUTA CORSICA D.C. ПРИ ИНТРОДУКЦИИ НА ЮЖНОМ БЕРЕГУ КРЫМА

В статье приведены результаты интродукционного изучения двух видов руты из коллекции Никитского ботанического сада. В исходном материале были изучены следующие характеристики: фенология, массовая доля эфирного масла, компонентный состав эфирного масла. Был выделен высокопродуктивный образец. В статье даны хроматограммы эфирного масла исследуемых образцов.

The article presents the results of the introduction study of two samples of the Ruta L. of the FSFIS «The Nikita Botanical Gardens — National Scientific Center of RAS» collection. In the source material the following characteristics were studied: the phenology, the mass fraction of essential oil, the component composition of essential oil. One highly productive sample of plants of the genus Ruta was isolated. The chromatograms of the essential oil of the samples under study are given in the article.
