Исследованы некоторые закономерности морфогенеза в каллусной культуре, полученной из листовых эксплантов у различных сортов и образцов Lavandula angustifolia. Установлено влияние на индукцию морфогенеза генотипа, гормонального состава питательной среды и длительности культивирования каллуса. Подобраны условия для получения растений-регенерантов лаванды in vitro и показана их вариабельность по морфологии.

The induction of morphogenesis and obtaining of plant-regenerants in lavender callus tissue culture

Some peculiarities of morphogenesis in callus culture obtained from leaf explants of different varieties and samples of Lavandula angustifolia were investigated. The influence of genotype, hormonal composition of nutrient medium and duration of callus cultivation on morphogenesis induction have been determined. The conditions for obtaining of lavender plant-regenerants in vitro were found and their variability by morphology was shown.
