Изучены состав и содержание фенольных соединений в плодах алычи сортов Оленька и Красномясая, собранных в стадии физиологической зрелости. Идентифицировано 15 компонентов, относящихся к 4 группам веществ фенольной природы. Установлено, что сорт Красномясая превосходит сорт Оленька содержанием антоцианов и фенолокислот, тогда как сорт Оленька отличается высоким содержанием катехинов и рутина.

Composition and maintenance of phenic complex|halving| is studied|learn| in the garden-stuffs of cherry-plum|sherry-plum| of sorts of “Olen’ka” and “Krasnomyasaya”, collected in the stage of physiological maturity. 15 components|reductant|, related to 4 groups of matters of phenic nature, are identified. It is set that the sort of Krasnomyasaya is excelled|outstrip| by the sort of Olen’ka by maintenance of antocyanes| and phenylacids|, while|where as| the sort of Olen’ka differs high maintenance of cathehines| and rutine.
